THE SOAR PROGRAM (Sports, Outdoor Activity, and Recreation)

Through learning new outdoor activities, participating warriors will become acquainted with such topics as healthy behavior change, stress management, mental health, nutrition and weight management, and physical fitness and activity.
Activities include sports nutrition, strength training, cycling, kayaking, skiing and snowboarding. Sessions include both beginner and advanced instruction in the sports to help the warrior master the sports offered.
Take your personal fitness and wellness to a higher level through new sports and activities.

SOAR – Introduction to kayaking and canoeing
