Learn to Ski and Ride Festival
January 19-22, 2012

ASF’s annual Learn to Ski and Ride Festival for wounded warriors is a three day event which focuses on introducing the wounded warrior to the sport of skiing or snowboarding. Other activities include tubing and ice skating. The warrior, along with a guest, will enjoy an all expense paid winter getaway at the Adaptive Sports Foundation located slope side to Windham Mountain. Offering its guests a premier alpine lifestyle since 1960, Windham Mountain is the gem of upstate New York’s Catskill Mountain range.

Warriors and their guests will be provided with ski/snowboard lessons, equipment, lift tickets, lodging, travel costs, and meals, compliments of a generous grant from the Wounded Warrior Project. Special accommodations may be provided for warriors with families. Please contact the ASF directly for further information regarding families.
