Summer Programs - Cancellation Policy

All events must have a minimum of three participants. If less than three sign up for an event by the deadline, that event will be cancelled. Feel free to call the ASF office to confirm all events. If you are unable to attend, please call to cancel so that others may attend.

A $20 cancellation fee will be charged if a person fails to cancel within 48 hours before the reserved camp or session. The ASF staff has the right to cancel any session or camp if, in their opinion, the participant’s present condition would present an unreasonable risk to the student and/or if the weather conditions would do the same. In this case, fees will be refunded.

Events may be subject to change due to participant needs and weather.

If camps/sessions need to be canceled, ASF staff will do their best to notify all participants by email and phone. It is extremely helpful if you provide emergency contact numbers at home and at Windham for last minute weather-related cancellations.
