Our donors
Since the ASF’s inception in 1984, we have been funded through the generosity of individuals, corporations, and private foundations. The ASF relies on support from the private sector to fund 86% of its $1 million plus annual operations budget.

The ASF’s philosophy is to turn no student away from our programs. The ASF welcomes children and adults with any physical or cognitive challenge to our center. In 2010-2011 it cost the ASF $311 to work with an individual and provide specialized adaptive equipment for a full day. These lessons are offered to the student for less than a sixth of the real cost of the lesson. If a family is unable to meet the cost, the student is given the lesson at no charge through a scholarship program.
We are extremely grateful to our donors who continue to support the ASF and help provide a very special and much needed service to individuals with disabilities.
