Since the ASF was founded in 1984, we have been funded through the generosity of individuals, corporations, and private foundations.
The ASF’s philosophy is to turn no student away from our programs. We welcome children and adults with any physical or cognitive disability to our center. It costs the ASF approximately $600 to work with an individual and provide specialized adaptive equipment for a full day. These lessons are offered to the student for less than a sixth of the real cost of the lesson. If a family is unable to meet the cost, the student is given the lesson at no charge through a scholarship program.
We are extremely grateful to our donors who continue to support the ASF and help provide a very special and much needed service to individuals with disabilities.
