Submit a Lesson Request
Who’s ready to hit the slopes with the ASF?!
Our new lesson request system is up and running! Students and parents can now request lessons 15 to 45 days in advance, making it easier to plan ahead while helping the ASF match each student with the appropriately trained instructors and resources needed for a great experience.
How Does It Work?
For example, if it’s January 1, you’ll be able to request a lesson on any available ASF lesson day between January 16 and February 14. As each day passes, another lesson date becomes available!
Important Reservation Dates
Instead of having one designated day each week to request lessons, our new system allows students and parents to submit requests at their convenience. However, there are a couple of important date ranges to keep in mind when requesting lessons during the holiday periods.
- October 27-November 2 – Lesson requests open for available lesson days starting Saturday, December 12, through Sunday, January 3
- November 3-November 9 – Lesson requests open for Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend (January 16-18) and Presidents’ Day Weekend (February 13-16)
Every other available lesson date will open for requests 45 days in advance and remain available for requests until 15 days before the lesson date.
We offer weekend lessons from December 12-March 22 and mid-week lessons will begin Wednesday, January 6, and will be available every Wednesday through Friday until March 12, excluding Wednesday, January 20, and Wednesday, February 17.
Lesson Forms
A 2026 lesson request form and signed waivers must be received prior to submitting a reservation request. You can complete these forms online by clicking below:
1) Lesson Request Form Input the student’s information, update the student profile (once a year), and request your lesson.

2) Waivers The ASF asks you or your parent/legal guardian to fill out waivers to participate as a student in our program. The Liability Waiver is required and this is to ensure that the student or parent/legal guardian recognizes the risks of participating in our program. The Media Release Waiver is optional, but this would allow the ASF to use the student’s pictures and videos on its social media, website, photo galleries, marketing material, etc.

What Lesson Is Best For Me?
Please refer to the guide below to determine what type of lesson or what type of adaptive equipment is best for you.
General Information
The minimum age that students can be to sign up is 5 years old. Most lessons are two hours long and can be reserved on a full-day or half-day basis. Full day lessons have a one hour lunch break. Lunch is not included but is available for purchase at the ASF Lodge or Windham Mountain Club base lodge on weekends and holidays, or you may bring your own. On weekdays, you must bring your own or you may go to the Windham Mountain Club base lodge for their dining options.
After making a reservation request online, you will receive either a confirmation or waitlist notification to the email address listed on the Lesson Request Form within four days of your reservation request. The email will be from olivia.d@adaptivesportsfoundation.org. Please read these emails carefully. Each requested day will be Confirmed or Waitlisted in its own separate email. A separate invoice email will then be sent for the lesson fee which is due within 48 hours of receiving it. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within this time frame. You will get a reminder email a day or two before your scheduled reservation.
Please note that reservation requests are not confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Many factors go into confirming a lesson most importantly, student need, instructor availability and skill set. We do our very best to accommodate our many participants in a fair and timely manner.
On any day, ASF has the right to cancel any lesson if in its sole opinion, the weather conditions or the student’s present condition would create any risk. Lessons that are cancelled by ASF will be fully refunded. Lessons cancelled by the participant will receive a refund minus our $30 reservation fee.
There is limited parking at the Gwen Allard Adaptive Sports Center.
Disclaimer: The Adaptive Sports Foundation reserves the right to cancel or postpone any lesson if, in the judgment of its management, weather conditions or a student’s physical, cognitive, or emotional condition present an unreasonable risk to the student, staff, volunteers, or others enrolled in the program. Also, please note that the Adaptive Sports Foundation also reserves the right to adjust or change the prices of its programs and services at any time without prior notice. Current pricing at the time of registration will apply unless otherwise communicated by the Foundation.
