Move Together Apart – Adaptive Virtual Fitness Programs

Program outline:

Designed by a credentialed adaptive sport educator, the program consists of 3 six-week consecutively building sessions that will occur throughout the year. Each 6-week session will have a focus in addition to core fitness activities, on sports specific to seasonal sports the participants maybe engaging in (i.e.: skiing or cycling, etc.).

Each week, there will be 2 live hour-long Zoom classes lead by the program’s head trainer & host, Roger Hanson.

LIVE Zoom classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2pm Eastern.

The Move Together Apart program is free of charge, thanks to the Chelsea Piers Foundation, and open to ASF participants and their families (we encourage the whole family to get up and move!). Each participant will receive a t-shirt, an exercise ball, water bottle, small backpack and resistance bands.
