Winter is approaching fast and the snow will be here before we know it! Our opening weekend for this season’s winter programs will take place on December 10 & 11.
We’ve got some good news as well, as for the first time since the 2019/2020 winter season, the Gwen Allard Adaptive Sports Center will be open for participants and volunteers! This winter will look a little bit more like the days prior to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
First things first, you must submit a 2022/2023 Participant Registration Form prior to making a reservation request. Participants must complete a Participant Registration Form once every year. You can complete this form online by CLICKING HERE.

After making a reservation request online, you will receive either a confirmation or waitlist notification to the email address listed on the Participant Registration Form within four days of your reservation request. The email will be from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please read these emails carefully. Each requested day will be Confirmed or Waitlisted in its own separate email. A separate invoice email will then be sent for the lesson fee which is due within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive an email within this time frame.
Please note that reservation requests are not confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Many factors go into confirming a lesson most importantly, student need, and instructor availability and skill set. We do our very best to accommodate our many participants in a fair and timely manner.
On any day, ASF has the right to cancel any lesson if in its sole opinion, the weather conditions or the student’s present condition would create any risk. Lessons that are cancelled by ASF will be fully refunded. Lessons cancelled by the participant will receive a refund minus our $30 booking fee.
Parking at the Gwen Allard Adaptive Sports Center will not be available to students, parents or volunteers on Weekends and Holiday Periods with the exception of non-ambulatory participants. The parking lots will be used for dropping off students and dispatching lessons only. While the ASF lodge will be open, many lessons will be dispatched from outside the building.
