ASF Mourns the Loss of Board of Trustees Member Robert Luckow

WINDHAM, N.Y. — The Adaptive Sports Foundation (ASF) is deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Robert Luckow, a valued member of the organization’s Board of Trustees. Robert passed away on the evening of Wednesday, September 24, at the age of 78.

Robert enjoyed a long and distinguished career on Wall Street, beginning at just 19 years old as a squad boy with the New York Stock Exchange. Over the years, he rose through the ranks to become the CEO of Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, a leading securities clearing and execution firm that was, at one point, the largest specialist on the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Robert proudly served in the National Guard from 1969 to 1975.

He was deeply devoted to his country, a loyal New York Yankees fan, and above all, a loving family man. Robert is survived by his wife, Audrey, his daughter, Stefanie, his son-in-law, Adam Hawkinson, and two grandsons, Erik and James.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, from 3 to 7 p.m. at:
