WINDHAM, N.Y. – The Adaptive Sports Foundation (ASF) is excited to announce that the organization has hired Olivia Antsis as its new Development Director. She will officially be joining the ASF on May 30, 2023.
Olivia brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in nonprofit executive leadership, community building, fundraising, programming and marketing. With over 22 years of experience in the arts and culture sector, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to making a positive impact on the communities she serves.
“It is truly an honor to join the Adaptive Sports Foundation family in its 40th anniversary year and support this vital organization in fulfilling and furthering its mission,” Olivia shared.
In her previous position as the Director of Development at Upstate Films, Olivia played a pivotal role in reinvigorating the membership program and diversifying contributed revenue through creative fundraising campaigns. Her ability to nurture donor relationships, organize successful cultivation events, and drive significant revenue growth will be instrumental in advancing the ASF’s mission.
Prior to working with Upstate Films, Olivia served as Executive Artistic Director at Philadelphia Jewish Film + Media, where she curated an outstanding festival program, significantly raising attendance and revenue by 400%. Her strategic vision, programmatic expertise and collaborative approach have earned her recognition as a respected leader in the field.
Olivia’s educational background includes an M.F.A. in Book Arts & Printmaking from The University of the Arts and a B.A. in Media Studies & Production from Temple University. She has also completed a Certificate in Executive Nonprofit Leadership from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
The ASF is confident that Olivia’s exceptional skills and passion for our mission will enable us to further expand and strengthen its fundraising efforts. Her arrival marks an exciting new chapter for the Adaptive Sports Foundation as we continue to empower lives through adaptive sports.
